I wanted to post an update on my first week of meal planning last night. Unfortunately, our internet (and cable) was out when I got home from work. I ended up just posting this photo on instagram so you all could see my progress. Pink was last week. Blue was taken yesterday.
I see a little less bloating in my stomach. I am very happy about that. I was a little upset to see that I had only lost two pounds. I mean, a loss is a loss but I was hoping for more. Well, I got on the scale this morning (even though I should only be weighing myself once a week) and I lost another three pounds. What?! In one day? How is that possible? I’m pretty sure I was hanging onto water weight. What this means is that I lost five pounds in eight days. I am more than thrilled about that. 
Here’s to another great week! I will definitely be splurging a little bit this weekend on Easter but hopefully I can make up for it by avoiding a meal out.

I thought I would throw in some outfits from this past week. After all, it is Wednesday. I’m thinking Wednesdays should officially be ‘What I Wore Wednesday’. Sound good? Okay!

I realize now that I may wear my brown boots a little too much… I'll work on that this week.
