I had high hopes for my blog post today. I was working on a list of positive changes that have happened while on the Whole 30. I was planning on posting it tonight but it was an absolute crazy day at work. I got off an hour and a half late, which I don’t mind at all. But it just means I have to put off posting my list until tomorrow.

I woke up this morning at 6 and went to the gym. I did bring my Synergy with me and it made a huge difference! I wasn’t hungry at all. 

I did chest and cardio. I didn’t complain in my head as much as I did during cardio on previous days. I’m seeing such great results already and I know I just need to trust the process. Cardio isn’t going to go away so I just need to deal with it. 

This photo is a side by side comparison of May 12th and May 21st. I see so much more definition my stomach. This photo is proof that eating real food and working out on a regular basis will transform your body. 

For breakfast I had coffee with homemade creamer. I wasn’t hungry because of the Synergy. BUT I knew if I didn’t have something else I’d be starving at work. I had just enough time to make a smoothie and take a selfie before I had to run out the door and head to work. Everything in it was Whole 30 compliant. Coconut milk, blueberries, raspberries and a banana. 

I wasn’t hungry again until my lunch break. I ate at 2:30 and I had an organic hot dog, an apple and some pistachios.

I didn’t leave work until 7. I stopped at Trader Joe’s for a few things. Cashews were among those few things. I snacked on some while I drove home.

Now that I’m home I’m not too hungry. Cashews always seem to hold me over for a while. Maybe I’ll have some watermelon or some berries too. Hopefully tomorrow I can actually come home and cook a nice dinner.

Day 26 is complete. Only 4 more days. That’s unbelievable to me.
