Today’s post is going to be a short one and I do apologize for that. I am definitely a day or two behind on the side affects. I can barely keep my eyes open right now. So instead of days 6 and 7, days 7 and 8 ended up being my sleepy days. I started feeling extremely tired around 5 this evening. I drank some vanilla bean black hot tea (unsweetened and it was delicious, by the way!) around 7 hoping it would help me wake up a little but nope. As soon as I post this I will be off to dream land.
For breakfast I had a homemade iced coffee with my homemade creamer. I feel so much more domestic since being on the Whole 30. I also ate a banana. I had two organic turkey hot dogs and an apple on my break at work. This was around 11 so it wasn’t quite lunch time. When I got home around 1:45 I ate a LaraBar.
For dinner I had cashew turkey breast and some raw carrots.
That’s all I ate today. I’m kind of in shock as I type this out. I didn’t have anything dessert like. No cravings whatsoever. Hallelujah!
