What I Eat


I've been posting photos of what I eat daily on Instagram. I thought I'd change it up a bit and just write a blog about the foods that are always on my grocery list and what I eat most of the time. I try to keep things pretty simple, especially when it comes to my lunches. I'm all about healthy convenience. By the way, I just happened to have all of the photos included below stored on my phone. Clearly, I take too many pictures of my food.

A couple of my favorite meals are:


Breakfast
Oatmeal with PB2 and a couple non dairy chocolate chips





Oatmeal with cut up Turkey sausage and a little maple syrup




(^The above two were complete accidents and are now a few of my faves^)

Protein pancakes




Lunch

Trader Joe's Reduced Fat Chinese Chicken Salad




Ground Turkey with whole wheat pasta and marinara
Turkey slices, hummus and veggies

Dinner
Chicken breast with a little teriyaki and pineapple




Taco bowl with ground Turkey, beans, avocado and mixed baby greens




Cashew Pork with peas




Homemade pesto (made by my boyfriend) with Chicken breast and peas




Eggs with Turkey or Turkey sausage (I love breakfast for dinner)




Snacks
Carrots dipped in hummus
Apples dipped in nut butter
Protein powder blended with a banana
Brown rice cakes with hummus (which I discovered TODAY)
Nugo bars




Quest bars
