My Sunday was great! My boyfriend and I met with a realtor in the morning and he showed us a couple condos close to where we live now. We have been talking a lot lately and we think it would be best to purchase if we are going to stay in the area. It’s a big investment but it’s something we’ve both been wanting for a while now, especially my boyfriend.
When my boyfriend went to work I went grocery shopping, did a little vlogging and made my pre-workout meal. Pumpkin oatmeal. My best friend gave me the idea to add pure pumpkin to my oats. Genius! I have no idea why I hadn’t thought of it sooner. Gave me the energy I needed to get through my workout!

Then I went to the gym and did sprints and legs. I tried running again after that but my legs were Jell-o. I ended up walking on an incline.
I also took some progress pictures. I am obviously using the scale to measure my weight loss until my birthday but I also like to use photos to see how my body is changing. When the number on the scale takes a break or stops moving completely, progress pictures always remind me of how far I’ve come.

It’s now Monday morning and I am looking forward to a full day of bum-ness. Is that a word? Well, I just made it one. My legs and abs are so incredibly sore. I know it’s always best to move when you’re sore so I will probably head to the gym for another incline walk and arms. Other than that, my Monday will be filled with nothing. Have a great one!
