I Almost Forgot What My Gym Looked Like

 
I went to the gym last night. It was the first time I had gone since September 24th {I looked in my day planner}. That's over two months out of the gym. I was extremely stressed before the wedding. I had so much going on and I couldn't even think about making it to the gym. And  then when we got back from our honeymoon, I had no desire whatsoever to workout. I was exhausted and drained and relieved to not have plans in the evenings so I stayed in my home. My heart wasn't in it and I couldn't bring myself to work out. I'm finally feeling up to it though. I got in a good workout last night and I can already feel the difference it's made. Endorphins are in full working mode.
 
 
After the gym, I ate two over medium eggs, a honey crisp apple {my favorite} and brie. I'm currently a part of a diet bet. For the holidays, our goal is to not gain weight. I joined a challenge last week and yesterday was no carb day for me {we were still allowed fruits and veggies though}. I plan on getting to the gym three times a week right now. I may up that in the future but for right now I need to focus on baby steps. I don't want to feel overwhelmed or I'll end up not going at all.
